Vivo has released new information about the much-discussed X100 series. The Vice President of Vivo has announced when the Vivo X100 series will be unveiled. Here are the launch dates and features of the Vivo X100, X100 Pro and X100 Pro Plus models.
The Vivo X100 family will be unveiled before 2024!
Vivo has provided a date for its X100 series, which includes the new models. If you recall from previous leaks, we had heard that the Vivo X100 family would be unveiled in 2023. However, the timeline has now become more specific. The Vice President of Vivo stated in today’s announcement that the Vivo X100 family will be revealed after October 8th.
Again, to remind you of the leaks, November was pointed out for Vivo X100 and X100 Pro. The X100 Pro Plus was said to be introduced in December. Apparently Vivo also confirms this information. So we will wait for November and December for Vivo X100 series.
Specifications of the Vivo X100 Models!
Even though the launch is just days away, leaks are revealing not only the launch date but also the features of the devices. According to leaks, both the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro models will use the MediaTek-developed Dimensity 9300 chipset. The Vivo X100 Pro Plus, on the other hand, will be powered by Qualcomm’s new processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
In the X100 Pro model, Vivo is placing a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 sensor as the main camera, and it includes a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera in the rear camera setup. In the X100 Pro Plus model, the main camera remains the same while the telephoto camera changes to a 200-megapixel sensor. Additionally, the X100 Pro Plus boasts two more 50-megapixel cameras, bringing the total to four cameras. Among the leaks, there is also information that the Vivo X100 Pro will feature a 120Hz refresh rate 1.5K OLED curved screen.
